1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is initiated.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized pieces.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales.
  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or modification.

4. Anti-Tarnish Guarantee

Separately from returns, every SPRI piece is backed by a 6-month anti-tarnish guarantee. If your piece tarnishes within six months of everyday wear, contact us — no forms, no fine print.

5. How to Initiate a Return
